This website is run by Half Found ("Half Found", "we", "us"), a clothing brand based in Seattle, Washington. By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Preview only, nothing for sale
This site is a preview of upcoming collections. You can't buy anything here, and nothing on the site is an offer to sell. Prices marked "TBA" or listed for upcoming pieces, along with colors, sizes, designs and release dates, are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Any future sale will be governed by separate terms of sale that we'll publish at that time.
3. Our content
The Half Found name, logos, the four-point star mark, the HF monogram, designs, graphics, photos, text and the look of this site belong to Half Found or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or make products from our designs, logos or images without our written permission.
4. How you may use the site
Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, scraping it, using it for anything unlawful, or presenting our content as your own.
5. Links to other sites
The site may link to outside services like Instagram. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
6. No warranties
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Half Found and its owners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Because nothing is sold here, our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

If you misuse the site or break these Terms and a claim is brought against us because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
